Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager to strengthen relationships with customers and the construction communities that shape the industry. You will design programs that connect community engagement, advocacy, and social proof, turning customer experiences into credible testimonials and content.

This remote, national role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and requires travel to events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, comms, community, customer advocacy, or related discipline.
• Experience building programs in at least two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with strong judgement for public representation.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across teams and turn those into repeatable programs.
• Strong project-management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Familiarity with review platforms, CRMs, community and social platforms, PM tools, etc. Any one platform experience helps.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, data/analytics, construction or similar B2B environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable approach identifying and engaging communities and conversations important to customers and prospects.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of customer advocates for reviews, testimonials, references, stories, events, and other opportunities.
• Strengthen Dodge’s reputation and social proof across relevant platforms and touchpoints.
• Create a feedback loop turning community signals into insights for teams.
