Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exemplary service nationwide. The position offers uncapped commissions and incentives to reward performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 6 months of sales or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish adds compensation potential and benefits from a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask with urgency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues.
