Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role within the Care Center Sales department. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.

You will build relationships, pursue new opportunities, and present tailored solutions while maintaining CRM records. A high school diploma is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus that may qualify for extra compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues while maintaining detailed CRM records and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
