Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote nationwide role. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Performance-based commissions plus incentives offer strong earning potential.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 6 months of sales or customer service experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Bilingual English/Spanish adds compensation value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer-service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain records in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
