Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role focused on expanding our nationwide customer base. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6 months’ sales or customer service experience, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound/outbound callers to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via networking and cold calls.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold reputation.
