Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role focused on expanding our nationwide customer base and promoting Interlock products. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, deliver tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The position offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions, plus incentives. Candidates with bilingual English/Spanish may receive additional compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate and route issues with detailed records in CRM and other systems.
