Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service nationwide. The role combines hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a 401(k) plan and health coverage options.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in sales or customer service, strong communication, and CRM familiarity. Bilingual English/Spanish adds compensation potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and CRM documentation.
• Maintain detailed records and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
