Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, activation bonuses, and long-term residuals. You’ll sell payment processing solutions to local businesses, with flexible scheduling and full training.

You can work fully remote in this position, with eligibility to operate in your region; prior merchant services or door-to-door sales experience is a big plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
