Job summary
Zscaler is seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer for the East team. This remote role reports to the Manager of Sales Engineering.
You will create and deliver technical presentations, gather requirements, and lead product evaluations for enterprise customers in security and networking space. You will demonstrate strong cybersecurity and networking know-how, engage with SMB to enterprise accounts, and leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and design while aligning with Zscaler’s cloud
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
- Proven cybersecurity and networking background with hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls.
- Demonstrate strong AI fluency by leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and design.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
- Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals.
- Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide to successful outcomes.
