Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer to join the East team in a remote role, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You will present technical solutions, gather customer needs, and guide evaluations for SMBs and enterprise accounts in cybersecurity and networking.

The role emphasizes AI fluency, hands-on networking experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive secure cloud transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
• Technical certifications such as CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+.
• Experience running multiple POVs with SMB or enterprise accounts in networking or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals.
• Lead product evaluations and custom configurations.
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
