Job summary

Zscaler, based in the United States, is seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer to join our SMB team in a remote capacity, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You will present technical product solutions to prospective customers and translate business needs into secure, cloud-delivered architectures.

You will gather requirements, lead product evaluations, and design test plans with customers to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and needs
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes
