GitLab is seeking Commercial Named Account Executives to be the primary contact for top-end mid-market customers. You will manage a broad book of business, prospect and close new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value and renewals.

This remote role requires location flexibility across time zones, with base salary ranging from $91,600 to $154,200 USD. This position emphasizes MEDPICC mastery, regional prospecting, and speaking to developers and line-of-business

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS sales experience with value-based selling to development teams.
• Ability to travel regularly to meet customers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in GitLab and open source software.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quota and foster strong customer relationships.
• Articulate GitLab’s value to US Commercial prospects and customers.
• Own the book of business, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales teams for positive outcomes.
• Drive attendance to events and contribute product ideas to our roadmap.
• Apply MEDPICC and the Message discipline to opportunities.
