Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience and/or insurance experience.
• Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and service tasks regarding policy management.
• Assist with renewals, billings, cancellations and new business setup.
• Provide timely communication and updates to insureds, agents and underwriters.
• Support cross-trained team members as workload requires.
