Team Focus Insurance Group seeks an Underwriter Associate CL-I to provide concierge-level service across small to mid-sized commercial accounts. You will manage incoming calls, service requests, renewals, billings, cancellations, and new business setups with accuracy and timely communication.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, cross-training opportunities, and completing tasks within policy lifecycles, while maintaining service standards and excellent client interactions.

Qualificações

• Experience with basic customer service and/or insurance.
• Prior call center or high-volume service experience is a plus.
• Licensing not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and service tasks for policy documents, billing, renewals, claims, cancellations, and new business setup.
• Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and underwriters; confirm bindings and provide updates.
• Process FNOS and FNOS Renewal tasks accurately and manage documentation for servicing tasks.
