Job summary

Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking an Underwriter Associate CL-I in the United States to provide concierge-level service across small to mid-sized commercial accounts. You will manage calls, renewals, billings, cancellations, and new business setup, ensuring accurate, compliant processing and timely client updates.

The role requires effective communication with insureds, agents, and underwriters, and may involve cross-training in other units to support workload as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience and/or insurance experience.
• Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus.
• Licensing: Not required

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and service tasks including policy documents, billing, renewals and cancellations.
• Set up accounts in agency systems and process FNOS and FNOS Renewal tasks.
• Provide timely communication with insureds, agents and underwriters and assist with issues in new line quote submissions.
