Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking an Underwriter Associate CL-I to deliver concierge-level servicing for workers’ compensation accounts, handling policy servicing, billing inquiries, audits, and account management. You will support renewals, complex billing, and loss-run coordination while maintaining compliance and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive workers’ compensation insurance or call-center experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls, emails, and chat for workers’ compensation servicing.
• Process new business, renewals, payroll and billing inquiries with accuracy.
• Maintain compliant documentation and support audit requests.
• Coordinate claims information and direct to adjusters as needed.
