Job summary

FOCUS is seeking an Underwriter Associate CL to provide concierge-level service to insureds and agents. You will manage servicing tasks across small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including renewals, billing, and new business setup, while maintaining service standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires handling calls and tasks, ensuring timely communication with clients, and supporting the policy lifecycle with accuracy and professionalism in a hybrid remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience is required.
• Experience with insurance servicing and calls is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and service requests professionally.
• Process FNOS and FNOS Renewal tasks accurately.
• Review policy information and advise on renewals, billing, and cancellations.
