Job summary

Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking an Underwriter Associate CL-I for Workers Comp to provide high-quality service to insureds and agents. You will manage servicing tasks across small to mid-sized accounts, handle calls, renewals, billing, cancellations, and setup new business while maintaining compliance.

You will locate policies in the system, ensure timely delivery, and communicate with stakeholders to confirm renewals, share updates, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience and/or insurance experience.
• Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and service tasks (policy documents, billing, renewals, claims, cancellations).
• Locate and review policies in the system and ensure timely delivery to policyholders.
• Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and underwriters; provide updates and answer coverage questions.
• Assist with new line quote submissions and FNOS/FNOS Renewal tasks.
• Support pre-cancellation outreach to retain business and mitigate risk.
• Review expirations and coordinate with underwriters and clients on renewals.
