NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a diverse client base with emphasis on trucking and transportation. This remote role supports Producers and handles endorsements, certificates, billing, and renewals across a national client set.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in commercial insurance, strong client servicing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. High school diploma accepted with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsabilités

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and have contact with all assigned clients verbally and by email regularly.
• Renewal and marketing process, preparing proposals, obtaining signed applications, securing payment, and putting bind paperwork together.
• Responsible for updating and keeping client policy records in the agency management system.
• Aim to deliver excellence in customer servicing and cultivate effective relationships.
