Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role focuses on servicing a defined book of trucking/transportation clients, handling endorsements, certificates, billing, and renewals while collaborating with Producers.

The position is full-time and remote in PST, MT or CST time zones. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial insurance, strong MS Office skills, and prior retail brokerage experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Prior retail brokerage experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma acceptable

Responsibilities

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, and collect payments.
• Maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
• Support renewal and marketing processes, prepare proposals and applications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Work remotely across PST, MT or CST time zones
