NFP, an Aon company, is a leading provider of risk, retirement and health solutions. This Commercial Lines Account Manager role focuses on servicing trucking and transportation clients, handling endorsements, certificates, billing and renewals, while coordinating with Producers and underwriters from a remote home office.

The position requires strong MS Office skills, 3+ years of commercial insurance experience, and a high level of client service. Remote work in PST/MT/CST time zones is offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Bind and endorse client policies and issue certificates.
• Support renewal and marketing processes for a specified client book.
• Prepare proposals and collect payments and down payments.
• Maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
• Deliver excellent service and build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
