NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a client book focusing on trucking and transportation clients. This full‑time remote role supports Producers, handles endorsements, billing, and policy changes, and maintains client records.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial insurance and prior retail brokerage experience, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and high school diploma required. Work from home; strong MS Office skills expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience.

Responsabilités

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and communicate with clients regularly.
• Update and maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
• Assist in renewal and marketing processes, prepare proposals, obtain signed applications, and secure payments.
• Support servicing needs for a specific client set via verbal, email, and other communications.
• Coordinate with Producers to service client accounts and respond to insured and underwriters' requests.
