NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a specific book of trucking and transportation clients. The role involves binding policies, issuing certificates, billing, renewals, and proactive client communication from a remote home office in PST/MT/CST time zones.

The candidate will manage end-to-end policy administration, renewals, and proposals while building carrier relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Prior client service and/or industry experience in commercial insurance.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients is ideal.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts and participate in meetings.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and contact clients regularly.
• Market renewals by obtaining information and proposing renewal quotations to carriers.
• Quote policy changes, facilitate financing, and collect additional premium and down payments.
• Keep client policy records up to date in the agency management system.
• Respond to client questions via calls and emails and follow up on suspense items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
