NFP, an Aon company, is a leading risk, wealth management and retirement advisory. The Commercial Lines Account Manager supports Producers to service client accounts with a broad book emphasizing trucking and transportation, handling endorsements, certificates, billing, and communications with insureds and underwriters.

This full-time remote role offers independent discretion, relationship development with clients and carriers, and remote work in PST, MT or CST time zones.

Competenze

• Experience servicing commercial insurance clients, especially trucking/transportation.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts and participate in meetings.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and have contact with all assigned clients verbally and by email regularly.
• Market renewals by obtaining renewal quotations from carriers and proposing to insured.
• Quote policy changes, facilitate financing, collect premium and down payments and ensure carrier payments are received.
• Update and maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
• Answer incoming calls and emails, responding to client questions as needed.
• Follow up on suspense items and outstanding information.
• Other duties as assigned.
