Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a defined client book, with emphasis on trucking and transportation clients. You will work with Producers to bind, endorse, issue certificates, bill invoices, and manage renewals, responding to insured and underwriter requests from a remote home office in PST, MT or CST time zones.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial insurance, a Property & Casualty Broker’s License, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Prior client service and industry experience.
• Strong background in commercial insurance for transportation/trucking.
• Licensed Property & Casualty Broker upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts and participate in meetings.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, invoice, and collect payments.
• Market renewals by coordinating with carriers and insured clients.
• Prepare renewal quotations and proposals for insureds.
• Maintain client policy records in agency systems.
• Respond to client questions via phone and email.
