NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a designated client roster with a generalist book of coverages, emphasizing trucking and transportation clients. You will handle endorsements, certificates, billing, and inquiries from insureds and underwriters, with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.

The role involves renewal and marketing support, proposals, and ensuring timely payments, while maintaining records in the agency system.

Qualifications

• Prior client service and/or industry and product line experience.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients is ideal.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsabilités

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and have contact with all assigned clients verbally and by email regularly.
• Duties also include quoting policy changes, facilitating financing, collecting additional premium and down payments and ensuring carrier payments are received.
• Responsible for updating and keeping client policy records in the agency management system.
• Aim to deliver excellence in customer servicing and cultivate effective relationships.
