The role requires an active P&C license and the ability to work Pacific Time hours. Open to residents in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona with a hybrid/remote policy and possible on-site presence near a branch. Salary is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• 3+ years account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: research, submissions, negotiate coverages, present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
