Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks; resolve complex issues.
• Maintain policy administration, billing, renewals, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
