Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to oversee assigned client portfolios, retain accounts, and support new business development. The role emphasizes coordination of daily admin, service requests, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.

The position requires an active P&C license and the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (M-F 8am-5pm). Remote work is available within policy guidelines for CA/ NV/ OR/ WA/ AZ residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.
