Navigate Power is seeking a Commercial Energy Broker to build a client book with 110+ supplier relationships and uncapped commissions. This remote, 1099 role offers commission-only earnings, no base salary, and the chance to win, renew, and expand commercial accounts.

You will help clients compare electricity and natural gas offers, identify cost savings, and propose additional energy solutions like solar and storage. Manage your pipeline and schedule remotely.

Qualifications

• At least two years of B2B sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Ability to generate new business through prospecting and referrals.
• Consultative selling approach to uncover business priorities.
• Independent, remote 1099 role with pipeline management.
• Energy consulting or procurement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Reach decision-makers like owners, finance leaders, and facility teams.
• Analyze utility bills and usage to identify savings.
• Present proposals clearly with terms and market context.
• Develop opportunities beyond procurement (solar, EV, storage).
• Lead sale through close with internal support and handoff.
• Maintain pipeline and pursue renewals and referrals.
