Job summary
Norstella is seeking a Commercial Enablement Manager to translate business priorities into field-ready execution, strengthening revenue teams. You will own enablement across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Account Management, and Sales Development with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Commercial Enablement or GTM readiness.
- Experience supporting complex B2B teams across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Account Management.
- Ability to translate GTM strategy into practical sales motions, playbooks, and reinforcement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Commercial Enablement partner to assigned Business Units and leaders.
- Identify performance gaps and prioritize enablement resources.
- Translate GTM strategy into executable sales motions, value narratives, playbooks, messaging, tools, and guidance.
- Lead field readiness for product launches, portfolio changes, and strategic initiatives.
- Define success measures and track readiness, adoption, and impact.
