• Translate GTM strategy into practical sales motions, ready-to-use content, and reinforcement.
• Identify performance gaps and convert findings into prioritized enablement plans.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on program execution and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement across GTM functions and prioritize resources for practical, field-ready execution.
• Translate GTM strategy into plays, narratives, tools, and role-guidance to drive pipeline and deals.
• Lead field readiness for product launches and portfolio changes; measure adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, revenue, solution consulting, and sales leaders to align content and processes.
