Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• At least 10 years of related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a liability claims team handling a variety of caseloads to deliver high-quality service.
• Promote Best Practices by guiding the claims team to follow GB’s standards.
• Drive Talent by hiring and training adjusters and fostering performance.
• Define team goals and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally and proactively.
