Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Senior Liability Claims Leader to supervise a skilled claims team in a fully remote role across states. You will drive best practices, guide hiring and training, and ensure high-quality, efficient service while managing diverse workloads.

As a leader, you will coordinate with clients, carriers, and brokers, leverage Gallagher's technology, and promote a collaborative culture focused on development and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
• Bachelor's Degree
• Bodily Injury
• Litigation

Responsibilities

• Supervise liability claims team to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices.
• Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging performance and development.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally and proactively.
