Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced claims operations leader to supervise a team of adjusters under moderate management. You will drive hiring, train staff, and oversee workloads to ensure timely, accurate outcomes for policyholders and clients.

You will work with clients, carriers, and brokers, uphold compliance and best practices, and collaborate across departments to deliver efficient service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 10 years related claim experience required.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of claims adjusters under moderate management.
• Drive adjuster hiring and lead training.
• Manage assigned workloads and performance; ensure compliance reporting.
• Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers professionally.
• Collaborate with internal departments.
