Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims, to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states in a remote setting. You will oversee investigations, coverage determinations, and litigation handling while guiding adjusters and collaborating with brokers and partners.

In this remote role, you’ll manage workflow, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive performance through coaching and QA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity.
• High School (HS)/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU claims.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and resolution.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service through QA and surveys.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and serves as claims liaison for clients.
