Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor for complex auto and commercial injury claims. This remote role supervises claims across multiple states, provides coverage decisions, and guides settlements within approved authority.

We seek a candidate with extensive complex claims and supervisory experience, a valid adjuster license, and potential for leadership in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive responsible professional and/or supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters and reviews coverage, liability and settlements.
• Directs staffing and workflow across shifts; ensures compliance with DOI regulations.
