Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Claims Insurance Analyst - Remote. You will analyze complex datasets, apply insurance knowledge, and deliver actionable insights to Commercial Lines teams while occasionally supporting Personal Lines as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and mentoring while contributing to a remote-first culture across the US (except Hawaii and Alaska).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of directly related experience.
Strong coding and data visualization skills with proficiency in SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills for complex analyses.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with cross-team collaboration.
Demonstrated adaptability, organization, and time-management skills with multi-priority handling.

Responsibilities

Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborates with partners to gather insights and align on actions.
Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies additional analysis needs.
Prepares and communicates findings to business partners and may co-present results to senior management.
Develops and enhances reporting processes to deliver insights to clients with improved efficiency and cadence.
Provides coaching to team members on reporting and analytical methods.
