Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is recruiting a Commercial Claims Insurance Analyst for a remote role anywhere in the United States, with Hawaii and Alaska excluded. You will analyze data, develop actionable insights, and support Commercial Lines, reporting to senior leaders.

The position requires 5+ years of related experience, strong coding and data visualization skills (SAS, Snowflake, Power BI), and solid communication abilities. Travel may be required for meetings or initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a math/science or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake and Power BI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with across-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborates with cross-functional partners.
• Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies additional analyses needed to support solutions.
• Prepares findings and may co-present results to senior management; mentors juniors as needed.
• Develops and enhances reporting processes and cadence for clients.
• Provides coaching on reporting processes and analytical approaches.
• Participates in shaping company culture and embraces collaboration across teams.
• Willing to travel for role and meetings as needed.
• Fulfills business needs and may invest extra time when required.
