Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and Visual Basic.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coach others and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis for client groups and gain alignment with cross-functional partners.
• Develop recommendations and identify additional analyses to support solutions.
• Prepare findings and present to business partners; review peers' work for accuracy and logic.
• Enhance reporting processes and cadence for clients.
• Coach team members on reporting and analytics concepts and communication of findings.
• Actively shapes company culture and participates in team initiatives.
• Travel as needed for meetings.
• Fulfill business needs, including assisting other teams.
