Job summary

You will collaborate across teams, develop insights, present findings to senior management, and mentor colleagues while advancing reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization using SAS, Snowflake and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and Visual Basic.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; cross-team collaboration.
• MBA or CPCU designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis for assigned client groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align actions.
• Develop recommendations to improve procedures and identify additional analyses.
• Communicate findings to business partners and senior management.
• Coach and mentor teammates in reporting processes and analytics.
• Travel as needed for role and meetings.
• Contribute to shaping company culture and participate in ERGs.
• Support on onboarding and relationship-building activities.
