Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Claims Insurance Analyst for a remote role across the United States (excluding HI/AK). You will lead complex data analyses, drive actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, strong coding and data visualization skills in SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with proficiency in SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct complex analyses.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborates with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on actions.
• Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies additional analysis needed to support solutions.
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners; may co-present to senior management; reviews peers' work for accuracy.
• Develops and enhances reporting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and cadence.
• Provides coaching and guidance on reporting processes, analytics approaches, and communication of findings.
• Travel to in-person meetings and participate in team initiatives as needed.
