Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with various audiences.
• Coaching, mentorship and constructive feedback to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborates with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on actions.
• Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies additional analyses needed to support effective solutions.
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners and may co-present to senior management; reviews work of others.
• Develops and enhances reporting processes and cadence for clients.
• Provides coaching on reporting processes and analytical approaches.
• Shapes company culture and participates in employee resource groups and volunteering.
• Willing to travel for role and attend in-person meetings.
• Fulfills business needs, including investing extra time and supporting other teams.
