Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, business, stats, econ, CS.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficient in SAS, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Develop recommendations and identify additional analyses needed to support effective solutions.
• Present findings to business partners and may co-present results to senior management; mentor junior team.
• Develop and refine reporting processes and insights for clients with improved efficiency and cadence.
• Coach team members on reporting processes, analytics approaches and communication of findings.
• Actively contribute to company culture and participate in team initiatives.
• Travel as needed for role and in-person meetings.
