Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, business, stats, econ, CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization with SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical skills and ability to communicate findings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Adaptability, organization, time-management with mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborates with cross-functional partners.
• Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies needed analyses.
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners and may co-present to senior management.
• Develops reporting processes and enhances efficiency, consistency, and cadence.
• Provides coaching to team members on reporting processes and analytics.
• Contributes to company culture and participates in team activities as needed.
