Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims - Remote to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states. The role requires supervising virtual teams, evaluating coverage questions, and guiding settlements within authority limits.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of complex claims experience, a state adjuster license (or within 90 days), and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory claims role.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• HS/GED required; virtual environment customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of claims with workflow adherence.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability and settlement authority.
• Directs daily operations across shifts and multiple states remotely.
• Sets and monitors performance goals and service standards.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service via QA and feedback.
• Ensures compliance with policies and DOI regulations.
• Participates in specialty review processes and committee meetings.
• Recommends improvements to plans, processes and resource use.
• Supports staffing, budgeting and resource oversight.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and serves as liaison to brokers.
