Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Provide coverage determinations and settlement authority guidance.
• Lead operations across shifts and manage workflow and staffing.
• Collaborate with brokers and partner clubs to maintain relationships.
