Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees complex auto and commercial injury claims handling and litigation oversight across multiple states.
• Provides guidance on coverage, settlement authority, and claims decisions.
• Directs daily operations of the unit, staffing, and workflow to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across states.
• Liaises with clients and brokers to manage relationships and expectations.

Education

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher

HS/GED or 3-year customer service in virtual environment

Adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days
