Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states remotely.
• Provide coverage decisions and settlement guidance above authority.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and service standards.
• Coach adjusters and review claims for coverage and liability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and brokers.
