Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional/supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provides guidance on coverage, liability, settlement authority, and complex issues.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and workflow across multiple shifts.
